DisruptHire, operated by Profullstack, Inc., provides tech screening and hiring services. All placed talent are W2 employees of Profullstack, Inc. and work remotely for our clients.

2Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your hiring needs
• Pay invoices within the agreed-upon terms
• Treat placed talent professionally and respectfully
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

3Payment Terms

Clients are billed in USD. Payment terms are Net 30 unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional fees. All talent compensation, including cryptocurrency payments, is handled by Profullstack, Inc.

4Replacement Guarantee

We offer a 30-day replacement guarantee. If a placed hire doesn't meet your expectations within the first 30 days, we'll find a replacement at no additional cost.

5Intellectual Property

Work product created by our talent for clients belongs to the client, subject to any specific agreements made during engagement.

6Limitation of Liability

Profullstack, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
